In my MFA program we were assigned a project due this April that I am finding a real challenge. We are to design and/or illustrate promotional pieces for a museum retrospective of our own work. We must chose the museum, the name of the exhibit, etc. and then design the following:
• Webpage
• 2 Ads
• Poster
• Brochure
• 3 dimensional display or sculpture promoting the project
So far I haven’t made a huge amount of progress. But I did spend sometime thiw weekend reinterpreting the Pressbound logo using some of my woodblock prints that I turned into Photoshop brushes. I’m thinking this may end up on all the promotional materials. But still not 100% sure. In the end it may just be a fun experiment.
